Spiritual Mentoring

(local only, otherwise by long-distance phone coaching)

Coaching/mentoring may include ANY of the elements you will find on my website. Whether it is youth mentoring or spiritual coaching for an adult, each session will be unique and varied to keep things fresh and exciting. My goal is to help you uncover blocks, fears, and limitations and to get truly honest with yourself in a loving way. Do you desire rapid spiritual growth or simply to live with greater balance, peace, and clear-headedness. By meeting and speaking regularly, we can help implement profound techniques into your life together while you watch and experience the changes within and around you. Whether it’s meditations, emotional release, hikes to sacred power spots, ceremony, tai chi for enlightenment, holistic fitness, lifestyle suggestions, or developing life skills such as peaceful communication, public speaking, or writing, expect the unexpected in this series of sessions! Coaching/mentoring may be life-transforming and eventually become a lasting bond which changes both of our lives… you just never know.

* $50 in person/per hour or $35 phone coaching/per hour

* ($25 per hour for troubled teens to encourage those in need to select this option)
